Courses in Pasture Cropping & No Kill Cropping

At this stage there are two recognised courses in Pasture Cropping and No Kill Cropping.

The Association strongly recommends that all people wishing to implement these systems acquaint themselves with all the factors needed to implement these methods successfully.  Both Pasture Cropping and No Kill Cropping are integrated, ‘holistic’ systems and as such are prone to misuse and misunderstanding by those with either little knowledge or other motives.

Education on the correct application of the methods is highly suggested to prevent either ecological or economic problems.

The courses suggested are:

  • Introduction to Pasture Cropping and No Kill Cropping – delivered by the Advanced Pasture Cropping Company (FRTC 0221)
  • Pasture Cropping and No Kill Cropping - Advanced course: Cropping Solutions for a Changing Climate (FRTC 0403)

See either www.pasturecropping.com or www.nokillcropping.com for more information about these courses.

Both courses are FarmReady Approved Training courses (FRTC 0221 and FRTC 0403 respectively).

This means that eligible landholder participants will be reimbursed for the total cost of their attendance through the Federal Government’s FarmReady Program.

Go to www.farmready.gov.au for full guidelines and eligibility criteria.

Individual, agency or corporate providers of training are encouraged to contact the Association for inclusion on the providers listing if they can show adequate coverage of all elements necessary in these methods.
